In accordance with the provisions of articles L.121-17 et seq of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal which they can exercise, without having to provide a reason, within a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the items. They have the option of returning the items delivered within this period, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, guarantee, case, cushion, protective films, etc.) and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the withdrawal form, to the address shown on this form.

The Company reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met.

The customer will have to fill is return request via his customer account in order to submit a withdrawal request and to organise the return of the goods with SEIKO WATCH EUROPE. Once agreed, a returns label, pre-paid by the Company, will be sent to the customer. The items must be returned according to the instructions provided by the Company.  

The customer must ensure that the products are properly packaged so that they do not suffer any damage during transport.

It will be up to the customer to retain any proof of this return.

"Personalised" items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Refunds will be made via the payment method used (credit card or Paypal) when the order was placed, within fourteen days from the day the Company receives the returned product(s).

Credit note will be sent to the customer by email in the form of a “special code”. This special code can be used in part and with no time limit by placing a normal order on the Seiko Official Store France website. In order to activate the special code, the customer must log in to the customer account through which the original order was placed.   

Returned items that are incomplete, spoiled, damaged, broken or soiled by the customer will not be refunded in full.
