We are confident that you will be satisfied with your order. Nevertheless, it may happen that you wish to return a product for various reasons.

We only take back our products in their original packaging, unworn, incl. any product additions such as promotional gifts, unchanged in size and with the enclosed guarantee card.

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. During this period, you can return the goods directly to us. Please note that only completely returned goods can be exchanged.

For items purchased in advance, the date of the invoice applies. You will receive this with the dispatch of the goods.

For watches with modified bracelet lengths, our right of return only applies if the adjustment was made by Seiko Germany, Branch of Seiko Watch Europe S.A.S. itself. Watches with strap length adjustments made by third parties will not be accepted as returns.

With our return label, your return will always go to the right address - free of charge, of course. Here's how to get your return label and return info:

Step 1 - Log in to your customer account and go to the "Goods returns" menu.

If you have ordered as a guest, please create a customer account with the e-mail address you used to place your order. You can then carry out all further steps as described.

Step 2 - Select the order from which you would like to return one or more items and submit the request.

Step 3 - Print out the label and send the return.

Our customer service will send you a label for sending your return by email. Please print it out, pack your return properly and drop it off at the GLS branch of your choice. Please keep the return receipt as proof.

Step 4 - Receive a refund.

Once we have received your return, we will check it within 14 days and then refund you the purchase price, provided we have received your returned goods in perfect condition.
