The Astron SSH156J1 limited edition watch is powered by the new 5X83 caliber. The caliber automatically connects to the GPS network up to twice a day, and can be connected manually at the touch of a button, to maintain its precision anywhere in the world. The all-black case and bracelet, sunray pattern dial and yellow-gold buttons evoke a view of the earth at night, as seen by an orbiting satellite. The yellow-gold caseback bears the name of the company's founder, Kintaro Hattori, and the "S" trademark he registered in 1900 as a symbol of the Seikosha factory. Thanks to its black carbonized titanium case and double-curved sapphire crystal with "Super Clear" treatment, this watch is both comfortable to wear and easy to read.
