14-day return policy
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are considering a return, we would like to explain our return policy to you.
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Within this period, you can easily return the goods to us.
Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are unworn, in their original packaging, and in their original size. Any promotional gifts as well as the warranty card must also be included. We will only accept returns if the product shows no scratches or signs of wear and is complete. Each returned watch will undergo a thorough quality check by our watch expert. If the product does not meet these conditions, we unfortunately have to reject the return and send it back to you without a refund. For watches where the bracelet has been adjusted, our return policy only applies if the adjustment was made by Seiko Germany (Branch of Seiko Watch Europe S.A.S.) itself. Adjustments made by third parties cannot be returned.
Step 1 - Log in to your customer account and select the menu item 'Order History and Details'.
Step 2 - Select the order from which you want to return one or more items and submit the request.
Step 3 - Print the label and send the item back. Our customer service will send you a label to return the item. Print it out, pack the return properly, and drop it off at a DHL branch of your choice. Request a receipt for the return.
Step 4 - Get your money back. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the returned items within 14 days and then refund the purchase price.
